Washington, DC | November 4, 2012 | Time: 49:24 | All about the purple. Was a brisk day which is better on the lungs and makes it easier to get a decent run in! Lots of support for the ladies and lady parts. I ran this one by myself since I couldn’t find anyone else in town interested in running. It was the usual Freedom Plaza course that I’ve run multiple times prior for most of the 8Ks here in town. Felt ok during the race, not my best but still great to be out there and it was for a wonderful cause!
