This month was full of sweat. SO MUCH SWEAT. I cannot hydrate enough for the amount of liquid in my clothes after a run haha.
I focused primarily on yoga this month while I took a couple of down weeks in running. Boston training starts just after the beach and I don’t want to be burned out before it even begins!
We also spent a week at the beach. Weather was pretty iffy this year with a tropical storm coming through, lots of rainy days, and otherwise weirdly humid conditions. I got all my miles in and of course lots of beach yoga. 🙂
Ready for training to gear up next month (even though I’ll be sweating to death). Here we go July!
