All about that half marathon build!
I had a pretty solid month. Got almost all of my runs in (though had to get creative with scheduling with hubs work) but did it.
Finished out the Let’s Get Up beachbody program. Mostly dance/cardio but a little strength worked in. It was fun to do something completely different but I will enjoy getting back into lifting weights after my race.
I also did a fair amount of stretching — not getting any younger means trying to stay injury free!
Looking forward to my race and then not sure about the rest of the spring… need to look at race calendars!!
