Shortest month of the year – that sometimes feels like the longest haha.

I put my head down and kept following my schedules this month. The Pelo strength calendar and my run plan from my coach. No deviations. I can already tell I’m gaining strength, and my core feels so much stronger than before. I’m super hopeful this will keep me injury free!

Also joined up with my fellow coaches for a coach trip to Wilmington to cheer at the marathon. Was such a fun weekend! Will do a separate recap- as well as explain the exciting news about joining a coaching group!!

Anyhow February has come to a close and I’m looking forward to sunnier mornings and maybe a hint of warmer weather.
