Spring is here! And so is the humidity…. ha.ha.ha

Over here trying to acclimate… with faster paces. It’s a ride y’all!

Kiddos finished preschool this month, I had horrible allergies, but I still kept the streak alive. I’m looking forward to summer but not to trying to work and provide childcare everyday. These early morning workouts will be my safe space.

I’ve been splitting things up a little differently this month, as the hubs is out of school, and now running later. I used to do all my Pelo workouts prior to runs but now am doing the core/barre portions, going out for the run, then heavy lifting when I return. So far so good- so this will probably stay in place until the fall when school starts back again.

So thanks May for a decently solid month- looking forward to continuing my base building in June as marathon training will officially start in July!
