Sticking to the grind! Adding back in walks to my Tuesdays and Thursday has been a priority as well as keeping to the schedule.

Had a couple of modifications this month – got an eye infection which took me down from running but still managed to keep the streak alive with yoga and meditations.

Luckily it didn’t slow me down too much and I was back in the swing of things by the end of the month.

Nothing too exciting this April – but now I’m ready for May!
