One of my absolute favorite things. If I could eat guacamole all the time I totally would. LOVE IT. This recipe is made off my knowledge of Rosa Mexicano guacamole. I’d had it enough times in DC and watched them prepare it that I was pretty sure I could recreate it myself. And sources (Jon) say it’s delicious and I have to agree! Here’s the ingredients and directions – please make this for yourself (or friends). You won’t regret it!
Ingredients:
- 3 avocados
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced (seeds and pulp removed)
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of cilantro, chopped (put as much in as you like really)
- salt (to taste)
Directions:
- Add tomatoes, onion, cilantro to large bowl, mix well
- Add salt
- Add avocados
- Smash and stir until well mixed
- Enjoy!
