One of my absolute favorite things. If I could eat guacamole all the time I totally would. LOVE IT. This recipe is made off my knowledge of Rosa Mexicano guacamole. I’d had it enough times in DC and watched them prepare it that I was pretty sure I could recreate it myself. And sources (Jon) say it’s delicious and I have to agree! Here’s the ingredients and directions – please make this for yourself (or friends). You won’t regret it!


  • 3 avocados
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced (seeds and pulp removed)
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of cilantro, chopped (put as much in as you like really)
  • salt (to taste)


  1. Add tomatoes, onion, cilantro to large bowl, mix well
  2. Add salt 
  3. Add avocados
  4. Smash and stir until well mixed
  5. Enjoy!
