Training Update

Since my last check-in I’ve been getting stronger and getting my pace back. My 5K didn’t go particularly as planned but I survived and as my first run back I decided not to be too hard on myself. In the interim I’ve completed the #chasethebird challenge and then my bestie Kristi challenged me to a #chasethereindeer challenge. 

We agreed over Xmas that we’re going to try and keep each other motivate to do more, get stronger and continue running to get closer to our goals. I’ve been thinking about 2016 and what I would like to accomplish and I’ll post that later on this week. 

In the meantime I’ve just been trying to get out there and run even if it’s just a little bit each day. Hope to keep that up as I close out the year. Happy Running Y’all!
