Another good month – and randomly finishing it out in shorts?! NC weather is so weird sometimes. I’m not ready to SWEAT all day everyday yet.
Also completed the GroundHog Day challenge this month – each Friday I ran my 6miler just a little faster with average pacing: 10:43->10:28->10:18->10:11
Solid short month! Looking forward to March and trying for another 5K time trial – hopefully PR!?!
