May 2021 Stats

Started May off with a bang when I took down my 10K PR to 54:51. The heat/humidity combo was the WORST as I tried to get acclimated. I did a good amount of yoga and stretching trying to be better about rest days but still factored some strength workouts into the mix. We took a couple of trips to the mountains which was great for a change in scenery AND to do some lake miles (my favorite).

Next month brings the beach! Let’s go June!!
