The highest mileage I’ve ever run. EVER. Plus I did TWO twenty milers – and one had some speed.
I spent a long weekend at the Outer Banks with my grad school besties and they helped crew for me on my speed 20 miler. It was sooooooo helpful!
I also did the Oiselle NC team’s workout streak all month- 30 days done and dusted.
