July 2022 Stats

Started the month with a fun holiday 5K, then buckled down to start the build toward Marine Corps Marathon.

I’ve been walking a lot in between runs which has been a nice surprise. And I’m also keeping up with strength and stretch. The 20min weights program I’ve continued to do is a great supplement to running.

Other than that… a lot of HOT runs but endurance is being built. Looking forward to continuing on next month!
