August was all about putting my feet to the grindstone and getting miles in for marathon training. I finally started creeping up in long runs, and the weather gave me a tiny break.
We traveled to the mountains which was great temp wise for running, and of course I had BIRD CAMP. And after 4 days of non-stop running companionship it’s now time to bring August to a close and get going on September.
