Let’s see… this month was full of weather changes, lots of miles, finishing out the MBF/MBFA workout program, taking on a 5K time trial, oh and registering for the virtual Boston Marathon.
WHEW.
Feeling good about where things are going for me. I need to figure out where I’m headed with strength next, and gotta be better about doing more yoga. Not getting any younger over here.
