April 2021 Stats

Another solid running month! I got my second vaccine – so I’ll be huggable very soon! I also did some great speedwork and dialed in on my yoga practice – making sure to take one full recovery day a week. I still did some strength on Sundays but this month felt very relaxed as I gear up for a 10K time trial in May and continuing to base build before Virtual Boston training begins.
