August 6, 2021 – Raleigh, NC
Headed to Raleigh for the evening to watch some pros race a mile REALLY fast. Plus we got to watch the Olympic marathon on the jumbo screen at Cardinal Gibbons track.
Molly Seidel totally beasted in Tokyo and got 3rd!!! SO AMAZING. and so glad I got to see it happen. 🙂
Liz and I hung on the bleachers and ate some dinner while we waited for other Oiselle teammates to show.
By the time the races started we had a little crew, some fun signs, and loud voices to cheer on the racers.
Andie raced the coaches clash, and then HV Rebecca Mehra was was in town to run the Miler. SO MUCH CHEERING!! She broke 4:30! Ahhhhhh!
Such a fun meetup and hope to have more in the future!
