When Becca got her groove back. HAHA. But seriously, I got out of my post-race FUNK and started looking forward to my workouts.
April started kind of like how March ended but after a fun afternoon 5K I was energized to start working again. I added strength back into my schedule, I made healthy meals a priority again, and I started looking forward to running.
Mindset, man. It really does make a difference.
I also spent this month getting ready to start my run coaching biz. !!! A dream I had in 2017 that now finally 6 years later is coming to fruition. Life just kept me from pursuing it.
